Connecting 3 servers together internally.

Specs: Windows Server 2008 R2
Thank you very much for reading my question.

I have three servers in the same data center that I wish to have share folders with each other. Two are running Windows 2008 R2 one is running Windows 2008 Standard SP2. What would be this easiest way to someone with a lack of networking to go about this?

Also if each server has around 10 VM-Ware virtual machines on them which I would like to also be able to shares folders with other server's virtual machines, would this change anything?

You're managing 3 servers + 10 VMs and you don't know how to share folders? I think you need to do a little basic reading on Windows server. I would recommend the "Mastering Windows Server" books as a good introduction.

Alternatively, you could just Google "Windows share folder"; but I recommend the book route. If you are going to manage servers you need to understand the basics, in particular security, rather than just following a list of instructions.
