Problem: I have a WAN setup with an workstation(s) ip of 10.x.x.x router 10.x.x.100, this routes traffic from a CISCO 3640 through a PIX to the Internet as well as routing to WAN servers within the subnet.
Now I have a new router with an IP of 10.100.0.1 and have added 2nd network cards for a few computers to access this router exclusivly by giving their 2nd network card a static IP of 10.100.x.x and gateway of 10.100.0.1 . Here's the problem: The computers seem to drop off of the 10.1.x.x network the 1st NIC is attached too and I don't know why. I assume the gateway is the problem and have added it to the 1st NIC but I can either see one network or the other and not both. Any ideas?

I'm not familiar with that particular router but you should be able to add static routes and IP's to each NIC...I would do so.

PCs can only be members of one subnet during any session. Instead of adding secondary network cards, you should have split the PCs into two different subnets, each accessing a different router/gateway address.
