|My internet was working fine on my PC, but on my laptop it was saying "limited or no connectivity." I thought it might have to do with the wireless network, so I reinstalled the Linksys setup that came with the router. To do this, you need a wired connection, so I unplugged the ethernet cable from my PC and plugged it into my laptop. Upon plugging the ethernet cable back into my PC, it displayed "limited or no connectivity." I called my ISP tech support, and they claimed that the connection was good and that it must be something on my computer that is causing the issue. I tried the ipconfig renew and release, and the winsock fix, but nothing seems to work.|
At the moment I have my dsl line connected to my modem with an ethernet cable to the router which has an ethernet cable to the PC. On both the PC and laptop it shows that it is connected but I am not able to browse the internet.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
