Connect with limited access

Specs: Windows Vista, 3
oKAY i HAVE A wINDOWS vISTA laptop 32 bit and everything I try to do to connect to the internet is not working at all. I tried connecting wirelessly to my Verizon router (Fios) and evertime I put the the security key in it always comes up as "CONNECTED WITH LIMITED ACCESS." I am so frustrated with that saying. In the end it says that it was successful to connect to the verizon router, but it does not have internet access. But yet I am at another computer and this one does connect to router (wired connection) and it has internet access. now, for my Vista Laptop I have also tried wired connection, but that does not even connect to the internet!!!! I need help ASAP!!!!! NOW, BECUASE i AM GETTING SO CONFUSED WITH THIS COMPUTER!!!! SO ANBODY HELP!!!!!

Check your firewall settings. That includes Norton, Zone Alarm or any other garbage that might be running. Disable the wireless encryption temporarily for testing purposes. It can be re-enabled again later.
