Hi I will be grateful if you advice me about what I need & how can I connect two computers to one printer in the same room with less expenses, where they have the following description:
First computer PII 400 MHz Win98 Second computer 486 200 MHz Win95 Printer HP (include printer, photocopy, scanner and fax)

All you have to do is connect the printer to one of the computers and select it as a shared printer by right clicking on the printer's icon in MyComputer/Printers and select properties then the sharing Tab.
From the other computer you have to add new hardware, add the correct printer and when it asks if the printer is local or network, select network.

(This is assuming that your 2 PC's are networked if not you will need to buy some sort of hardware, the cheapest being a switch box)

You need a switch box and two cables, this'll allow you to manually select the PC that'll be printing. Or you can get a small box that'll automatically spool the output from either with no intervention.
