Not possible.
Even if you connected to two seperate networks with two seperate cards, you would still only be able to use one at a time.

it doesn't matter if i can only use 1 at a time, 1 has the internet and the other has a printer.

not using the same card! that is sure. but with ad-hoc I can be connected to a computer with WiFi card supplying internet and another printer with WiFi too under ad-hoc. NO PROBLEM as they are the same network.
