To the best of my knowledge, all that will get you is a command line interface on a web page.
There's a Cisco network application that's a gui you could use....I believe it's called Cisco Network Assistant. Google that, download and install it and see if it isn't what you want.
I'll warn you, you'll still need the command line interface so I would get used to it.
