ok this is not a big problem but when i boot a computer up and go to network nieghbor hood the other comps are not there and sometimes never do show up but the other comps can see it. Why is this?

Your problem is a little vague with the details but make sure that all computers are using the same protocols. Netbios and Tcp/IP
and make sure that all computers are sharing at least one resource be it a drive or a printer or whatever.
