Specs: Macintosh
I am taking a beginners computer class at West Chester University. We're supposed to submit homework via a server specifically for their Computer Science department. ''

For some reason my computer won't connect to this server anymore. it keeps on giving me this error message.

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

When I turn the wifi off on my cell phone it connects to roadrunner just fine, but I can't do my homework on my phone. I have tried restarting my computer, restarting the router, running disk utility, and turning off my firewall.

My computer is a Mac and I use the program Coda to type up my homework.

To clarify one statement in your post.

When I turn the wifi off on my cell phone it connects to roadrunner just fine

Do you mean that when you turn " off" the wifi service on your cell phone, your computer then connects to the server OK? Or do you mean that when switch wifi "on" on your cell phone, it (the cell phone) connects to the server OK?

Does your computer connect to the inernet OK (apart from the server in question)?
