My computer restarts automatically for it self!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think my Power supply unit is dying but I might be wrong...What are some other things that can cause this to happen? how would I know for sure that my PSU is dying?
My pc is about 3 years old..

I'd start at the event logs and see if any dump logs exist.

Could run in bios screen and view health numbers if in bios.

Run a live cd and run memtest for a few hours to overnight.

Advise you to scan your computer by using antivirus/anti-malware program with latest signature too, just to make sure it's not triggered by virus/worm/malware.
