Comminication Between different networks

Hi Can any one tell me how to communicate between different networks in router .I know by using BGP we can communicate only in the same network only.Please help me

This question is very vague. I'm afraid that no one will be able to help you without more detail. The basic question that needs to be answered is how are these two networks physically connected? If they are connected to the same router, you usually need to just configure the ports on the router and it automatically makes the necessary routing statements.

In order to communicate between different subnets (networks) one has to put static routes between those networks in the router.

I think you're confused about BGP as well.
