command prompt issue!

so i'm @ my desktop and trying to run some command @ the prompt like defrag but i receive a message like this program need administrator account to run. i'm logon as an administrator but i don't see why i can't run such command. any help would be appreciated!

This would be a post for the vista forum.
though a simple google lookup shows you this;
"Click start, type CMD and right click the entry that appears in the > start menu. Choose "run as administrator". Run contig from this elevated > prompt."
