combining 2 separated networks

Specs: Windows XP
i have have lan in the office(internet installed) and i want to combine it with the lan in the computer lab for internet
i dont want to use cable as it might be too long pls help

Click on my name above in this response and read my “how-to” guide titled, “Add a second Router to your LAN

The aforementioned guide is for use when connecting the two routers with a network cable. Just FYI, the maximum segment length for a Cat5/5e/6 cable is 100 m (about 328 feet). If you can use a cable, I recommend doing so. If not, you'll need two wireless routers and one has to be capable of "bridge mode" so you can bridge the wireless network between the two routers.

The setup as far as IP settings and such all apply in either case.
