I have training class coming up for some new staff coming aboard and my CTO would like for me to construct Lempel-Ziv encoding and corresponding dictionary of the following binary string 01100110010111101011110100 for their notes in something he will be teaching in relation to a theory or idea he would like for them to implement, is it possible for anyone to help me with this, thanks?
