Dialup does not provide enough bandwidth to do chats. Consider broadband connections at each end and connect via site to site vpn. Then you will have enough bandwidth.

Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search

i tried site to site vpn but my problem is my site A internet connection which is a wireless connection.they use canopy antenna.so my server now is considered as part of their local network .coz i got private ip from their dhcp server.i can't penetrate to site A coz all incoming connections is blocked by ISP.Which is the most setup for wireless access point server of ISP.
that's my problem now. what is important to me now is that i can do file transfer and next i lan chat..tnx
