Hi, I have a general question. If we are log onto a Citrix Server, is it true that we can only print to the printer list that we have on the Citrix Server regardless of our local printer? e.g We have a HP colorjet 3600n in the office, but our Citrix server only have a HP laserjet 4000. When we try to print it WILL NOT print because we do not have the 3600n on our citrix server.

Thanks
Jim

No, but Citrix can be a fickle beast. My company provides an application that the client can install from their machine or which they can license to run throught he internet via citrix. There's no way our clients would be restricted to printing on the printers set up on our Citrix servers - that would be just silly.
