Guys i got a small network with 4 VLAN,each VLAN's IPs goes as follow.(connected using L3 switch)

10.12.12.x (VLAN10)
10.12.13.x (VLAN20)
10.12.14.x (VLAN30)
10.12.14.x (VLAN40)

My problem here is i want to allow broadcasting between these VLANs.

if i send a "net send" message from one VLAN it only reaches same VLAN where the message was originated,it does not goes to other VLANS,how can i enable this? please help.

Regards
Jana

You might look into router on a stick for this.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

You're trying to send broadcasts across multiple networks? Your using layer 3, broadcasts will not go across multiple ip subnets. A broadcast only goes out to all nodes on the network where it came from. I may be wrong though.

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.
