I have an old cisco router kickin around, it's password protected. It's not going to be used again and I was wondering if there's a way to reset the IOS/Password so I can use it in the office.
Any way to reset the password?

This looks a lot like a question that you should be asking the Cisco support people. Why not try asking them first...

You have to reset the configuration register of your cisco router. what you do is when your router boots up, make sure you are connected via console cable and in hyper terminal, press control-break and your router would stop booting. as soon as you see the prompt, type ? and see the command for configuration register. set the conf reg to "0x2142" and voilla...
Your password gone and u start the router again and it boots fine. then again set the conf reg to "0x2102"
good luck.
