OK, I have to admit I am confused about a relatively simple thing.
It may be my Nortel Networks background.
I want to know how much memory I am using on a Cisco router.
I type 'show version' and it shows me the following:
1. 32k non-volatile Config memory (I assume this to be only to store the file, and is not DRAM).
2. 4096k flash memory. I assume this is used to store the image file; not RUN the router).

Where does the router DRAM that is used to run the image, the routing protocols, the network protocols, etc??
Thx in advance!
