cisco 2500 no serial int

Hey guys/girls, my 2503 show no serials in the IOS. show bri and ethernet but no mention of the two serials built in. -Has there been hardware failure? -Can they be disabled? -Am i running a cut down IOS that does not have support for them? Cheers, eendoe

what version of IOS? The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them.

ios file is named: igs-g-l.111-6 sh ver lists: same thing (11.1(6)) cheers
