So I was successfull before sharing files using Yahoo messenger - until a few hours ago. Not sure what's going on all of a sudden. Didn't change anything with the firewall-settings. I heard that virus can cause that and so ran antivirus software but didn't find anything out of the ordinary. Spybot found some stuff and I removed it, nothing changed about my problem though :(
Did check Yahoo Messenger help - they are talking about UDP and TCP for peer-to-peer networking has to be setup correctly Funny that is since they don't really tell you what has to be done, how to do it or how to check existing settings.
