check data transmission

i bought a cdma sim card so that i can surf net at the speed of 153 kbps.but i am only permitted to use 80 mb per month.so how can i check my data transmission ? any trick or software for limiting less data consumption.and to know how much data transmission i have done?

What CDMA SIM card? There is no such thing as a CDMA SIM card, since CDMA phones do not use SIM cards i_Xp/VistaUser
