|You can't really shut everything on them off. What you'll probably have to do is give each one an IP on the LAN (on their LAN Side) that's not in the DHCP pool. Then you'll want to disable DHCP on them and if possible, the firewall feature too.|
Then clients plugged into them should get TCP/IP settings from the DHCP server on your belkin and for all intents and purposes, the old one's will basically become switches which also function as an "repeater".

You'll want to pay attention to the single subnet scenario where the switches are connected "LAN port to LAN port".
