I'm trying to change my old computer that use a cable connction to internet to dial up (for someone only have dial up conncteion). I can not find the modem on the telephone/modem page. Is there possibel this computer did not have dial up connection modem or is there a way to search or enabel one?

Look at the device manager. Click on the plus sign next to network adapters. Is it there?

Sure. My guess would be less than half ever had a modem.

You can go to thrift shops and get them for almost nothing but be sure you understand about the versions needed with your isp for best results. Some may not connect.

They are offered in both internal and external and also if you are into other OS's hard and soft (win) modems.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
