I'm having a connectivity issue with my DVR. It's a Digiguard MPEG4 Network DVR. Up until about 1 month ago I could remotely connect to it off-site and on-site. Now when I try to connect to it I get a "page cannot be displayed" error in the web browser (all of them).
Everything is connected through a D-Link DSL Router. In the ARP table it is listed as 'complete' with correct details. I can successfully 'ping' the DVR from a PC on the network, but am unable to remotely view it through a web browser. There is no firewall etc on the DVR, it's an 'out of the box' solution.
I have changed the IP address on the DVR, restarted the DVR & router.
I am unsure what to do next?
