I recently purchased a Cayman 3220-H-W router/modem for use with my DSL service at home (Bellsouth). Cayman is being acquired by Netopia and I have held for tech support for over two hours two days in a row with no answer. I have set up everything on my computer as directed and attempted to connect to the router as directed in the documentation with no response. All lights are green etc so I should have a good connection but it's not working. I have set the computer to "Obtain IP address automatically" as directed but I don't think it's working. Any help would be appreciated. Please email me directly. Thanks.
