Can't share files over my network!

I currently have a standard 10base 8port hub, I got my XPpro computer, Win98SE computer and internet connected there. Both computers have internet access, but don't see each other. I tried network wizard, nothing. I've been able to share files before but now I can't..after addingthe internet there...also I took off the windows xp firewall option. Don't know what to do. Oh one more thing, i went to command and did an ipconfig...I see my internet ip..subnet 255.255 and so on..but nothing like 192. (something like a LAN ip)..help :)
