After installing my Netgear MR814v2 wireless router to my Verizon DSL service, I am no longer able to send email through my Web site's (mail.asian-nation.org) SMTP mail servers using Outlook 2002. I am able to receive my POP3 mail fine, and I am able to send and receive mail using my site's Web-based interface. Therefore, I figure it has to be an issue with the MR814v2. Also, I am able to send and receive mail from a different IMAP account fine using the same Outlook 2002. Whenever I try to send mail from this SMTP server, I get an error message that reads: "error reported (0x800CCC69): the server responded 550 5.7.1 ...Relaying denied." Any help is greatly appreciated.

From WHAT smtp server? A ISP?
I have seen this error if I try to reply to a email using a different isp email account to send it.
EVERYONE, ie every isp [internet service provider] has a policy in place of not forwarding email. Forwarding email is a favorite spammer method.
With that said did you clear the router and start fresh? Sometimes that is the only way to get rid of a old setting.
Unless that router is programmed to block a port number other then the common one used for mail [since the others work] or is blocking that isp in particular... not something a router usually blocks.

Sorry if I wasn't clear -- my ISP is Verizon but I don't use their servers for my email. Instead, I have my own domain (asian-nation.org) and I use its SMTP and POP3 servers for my email. Therefore, I'm pretty sure there's no forwarding of emails going on. I will give your suggestion of clearing the router and starting from scratch a try.
