Can't see other computer

I have two computers hooked to a hub (one using win98 the other win98SE) and a cable modem connected in to the hub as well. I can get on the internet on both computers. BUt anyway...my problem is: when I goto the network on my computer i can only see my computer on it not the other. when i goto the other computer and can see both on the network neighboor hood....

please let me know how to fix this.....

hm... To see all the computers:
1st: WorkGroup is the same.
2nd: Add CLIENT MICROSOFT NETWARE.
