I logon to remote terminal server (win 2003) thru VPN and Remote Desktop from my local workgroup PC (win xp). I use Insurance Pro and try to print locally but it does not print from the remote server. Could someone please help me in this issue?

If you have access to a remote printer you should be able to either select it from the program or set it as default through your RDP session.
I hope I've understood you correctly-I take it you mean:
My PC .| RDP or TS .| V Server :Insurance Pro App .| V Remote Printer

I connect to Remote PIX Firewall 506E thru Windows XP VPN. Then I connect to Remote Terminal Server thru remote desktop connection icon. I use the program called Insurance Pro. When I try to print directly to my local printer, it does not print. Could someone please help or suggest me in this matter? I will really appreciate your support. Thanks, Ruhel
