Hi, PLEASE help, for some time now I have not been able to open any downloads. I click download, then a big white box comes up and says downloading, then small box pops up in bottom rt corner says finished downloading. Another box opens and asks if i want to save file or cancel. I think the problem is that EVERY single file that I download it says Binary file in that box, even if it is an execution file. Does any of this make sense??

A binary is an executable. Is it your personal machine or are you at work? Do you know where the files are being saved? If you do, go to that folder & try to run/open it.

If you are using Firefox, go to tools, options, main. It will tell you where they are saved.

If I remember correctly, Internet Explorer asks you every time.

Otherwise, use the search/find function when you click start.
