Ok I just recently took my small network from sharing a little dial up connection, to putting ADSL in. I have put an ADSL router in place. When I first got it all setup, people could not get to hotmail's web site to check their email, and neither could they sign into MNS messenger. I posted here and got some great advice.
I was told to dump all old Internet files and download the latest patches and service packs to my systems (all were running Win2000). So Last Wednesday I got all patches and downloaded SP2 and things worked great!!! Until Monday, People were able to check their email until lunchtime. Now I have the lasted sps and patches and it is not working again. I went ahead and upgraded all systems to WinXP thinking this might solve it. Still nothing, so I went and downloaded all I could find for XP. I still can’t get to their sight at all.
Anybody got any ideas? I have changed no setting in my router to restrict access.
