Is this happening on only one client computer or is it happening on more than one? Is it happening on all client computers?
If it's only happening on one computer you'll want to show us the TCP/IP settings on that computer. To do so, do the following:
Open a command prompt window (ie: Start >> Run >> type cmd and hit Enter) and perform the following command:
Once you've finished, copy/paste the output into a response on here so we can have a look.
