Specs: Win7 64bit, Intel C2D/4gig
A friend of mine has a small chiropractic business and he uses Herfert software in this business. One of the secretaries turned on her pc this morning and could not connect to the network drives, Internet or the Herfert software. I took it back to my shop and it won't connect connect to the Internet even after I updated the driver, uninstalled and then reinstalled the onboard NIC. I found no viruses\spyware after scanning with Microsoft essentials or Spyware Doctor. I took it out and connected it to one of my external boxes and scanned for viruses\spyware again with the same results. I also disabled the onboard NIC and installed another NIC with the same results. The lights on both NIC's light up when I connect them at his business and here. Oh, she had called the Herfert company about the problem and they said that everything looked good from their end. All replies and opinions will be greatly respected and appreciated.
