Can't connect to facebook on public wireless

I am staying at a hotel and can't connect to facebook on the wireless network here. Every other website works fine, but the browsers state they can't connect to the server for facebook. I tried turning off my firewall and other things. I could connect once by going to facebook via google but it didn't work on my wife's computer. We are both running vista, I'm running IE 8 and she's running IE 7. I tried Mozilla but it had the same problem.

Maybe the hotel blocked it. to prevent bottlenecking of the hotel internet infrastructure. Who knows. Ask the front desk. i_Xp/VistaUser
