can't connect through remote admin.

does anyone here ever use radmin? its like pc anywhere i guest. it uses port 4899. I can get it to work on office net, but when I tried to connect to my home computer, it said that it can't connect. How ever I'm running NAT at the office. I have open port 4899 on the nat entry for my private and public ip at the office, but still didn't work. any ideas will be greatful
