Can't Browse Workgroup

I have a small network set up with 3 computers each running XP - Home. There is a file server set up on one computer and a printer set up on another. Up until last week everything was fine, then the computers started "dropping" off of the workgroup. I could resolve it by repairing the IP connection, but that stopped working. Now when I browse the workgroup the only computer I can see is the one that I'm on.
I can access each computer by going to run:\\(IP Address), but that doesn't really resolve anything. All the computers can access the internet, and they can all access the Mapped File server, but the printer is not accessible, and it is a huge hassle to try and open any other shares.
Any ideas?
Thanks...
