Can't Acquire Network Address

I am having a problem acquiring a network address from my laptop. There are currently 4 computers hooked up to this router and my laptop is the only one that isn't working.
I have never had a problem connecting to any other wireless connections with this laptop. The connection has a WEP password which I have working fine. The connection takes forever to do anything, it will say "Acquiring network address" and then sit there for about a minute, before saying "Connected" for a second and then going back to "Not connected".
