Hi, Via wired or wireless connection, on many different networks, I cannot access 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 ...
but I can browse the internet just fine!
It is definitely a fault on the computer, but I don't know what, other computers on the network can connect to it just fine, and it applies to every network I visit.
Explain the setup more fully. State your local lan IP address's.
Some routers have a way to prevent more than one computer being able to connect. You might have to log off all computers and reboot the router then try again with one computer or the one computer that was setup in the router's setup.
Might have to reset the router to OEM state and reconfig it for your use. Be sure you know ALL the settings before you do that. It should be your last resort to try that.

Go to a command prompt and type ipconfig. Look for the Default Gateway Address. That is the address of your router.
