I have a d-link 624 wireless router. Before I had a desktop using xp pro, win firewall on, and a laptop using 98se with wireless d-link card. I am able to remote into to each other, access shared files, etc. No problems at all. I recently added a third pc to the network, it is using xp pro, with firewall on, wireless d-link network card. Odd thing is I can see the third pc in the network neighborhood folder (on the other two computers), but when I try to access it it I get "\\computername can't be found. The computer or sharename could not be found. I can't even access it by just typing \\computername in the explorer. I can't ping the 3rd pc from either of the two computers, but I can ping the other two computers from the 3rd. When I bring up the network folders (on the 3rd pc), I don't see anything in it. All three computers have access to the internet without any problems. I tried turning off the firewall on the 3rd computer, but still have the same problems. Does anyone have any ideas.
