Up til a month ago, my 3 computer network worked fine. Then I had to send my Toshiba laptop (Windows 7) in for warranty repair. When i t came back network connection had disappeared. No sign or mention of other computers can be found, nor can personal homegroup be found or accessed. Something has changed. Have worked with Toshiba reps and ISP techs, but cant locate former network

Check in Device Manager, does it show your NIC? Does it show an exclamation point?

If it doesn't appear, you need to install it. If it has an exclamation point, you need to get that repaired so it works properly.

If your NIC is working, can you ping the other computers? Does yours have the same workgroup name as the rest?

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,

I am the captain of my soul.
