Have you changed your router's IP address? When I got my router it's address was 192.168.0.123 . I didn't like that at all, so I put it to 192.168.0.1 . You might have changed the router's address by accident. Try doing a port scan of your network and see if you can either find your router, or at least find something running a webserver.

But being very new in networking,i don't know how to make a port scan ?
And my pc is not part of a network. The router in question is just a modem/router for internet connection, plugged to the phone line. Execing a netstat cmd returns only blanks
