My network is setup and running Verizon DSL through Westell 327. Comp1 can see workgroup and pings DNS, Router, and Comp2 no problem, just can't access Comp2. Has internet connection. Wireless Belkin.
Comp1 pings router and DNS, but cannot ping itself or Comp2, cannot access workgroup. Has internet connection through wired connection to router (E1).
Thanks for the help. Verizon said it was Westell problem, or Microsoft, Westell said call Verizon, and Microsoft wanted to charge me $35 for assistance. HP was no help at all and could not even understand my problem.

OK, so the firewall from the hardware will be sufficient? I can turn off firewalls on both PCs?
Thanks.
