when I try to enable network internet connection on my computer it tells me that somebody else is using IP 192.168.0.1
Most likely, your router uses this ip address.
If you have configured the ip settings of your computer manually, either set it to automatic, or, configure an other ip address, like 192.168.0.2.
Unplug the router for about half a minute then restore power and see if that helps. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
