Nice of you to give us all that information but what is your question.
As it is TOM TOM you are trying to connect to I would suggest you talk to them. If they cant help you nobody can as it might just be that their servers are off off-line. Tom Tom have a very good help service. Sends them an Email and you should have a reply within hours.
