You can do the following:

1. connect Speedtouch ADSL port (WAN) to the Internet wall plug
2. connect your computer to the Speedtouch LAN port
3. open your browser, type in 192.168.1.254 and configure the router, so that you can access the internet
4. unplug your computer from the Speedtouch LAN port and connect the TL-WR740N 150M wireless routers WAN port to the Speedtouch LAN port
5. connect your computer to the TL-WR740N 150M wireless routers LAN port
6. click Start / run and type in CMD and click OK
7. in the command prompt type in ipconfig /renew (if you get an error message, simply restart your computer)
8. in your internet browser type in 192.168.1.1
9. use Quick Setup and choose Static IP for WAN connection type
10. configure the following:
IP Address: 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.254 (Speedports IP address)
Primary DNS: 192.168.1.254 (Speedports IP address)
11. configure the rest, e.g. WLAN a.s.o.

When finished, you should be able to connect to the internet by wire or wirelessly.

In this configuration, you are able to access both routers web setups by their ip addresses, Speedport 192.168.1.254 and TL-WR740N 150M wireless router 192.168.1.1, if necessary, even if you are connected wirelessly.

But your other router, TL-WR740N 150M, is for wireless connection.
So what is the problem?
You have to connect both routers by lan cable, but computers can connect to the TL-WR740N 150M wirelessly.

WAN port is equal to the DSL port.
So DSL port has to be connected to the wall plug (ISP).

TL-WR740N 150M do has wireless capability, read the manual.

The problem is at my Modem, Do you think this modem, SpeedTouch 536 v6 is suitable/compatible to (connect to) Wireless Router TL-740N 150M ?. If it is not, then I must buy another Modem with wireless function ?

I haven't read the manual for that router, but why should it be wireless capable, if I can't connect to it wirelessly?

Ok, again.
What makes the difference, if you connect a pc/laptop to the modem, or you connect a router to the modem.

There is no difference.
In both cases, you have to configure the device, connected to the modem, to authenticate to your ISP.

On a pc/laptop, you might use a special modem driver, where you can configure, how to authenticate to the ISP.

If you connect the router to the modem, you have to configure the router, to authenticate to your ISP.
In that case, computers connected to the router, do not need special modem drivers. The requests from a computer to the internet will be forwarded to the internet, from the router.

It doesn't matter, whether the modem supports wireless or not.
You have a wireless router, that should be connected to the modem by wire.
Then, when the wireless router had been configured, by using a computer, connected to the router by wire, just for configuration purpose, you connect your computer wirelessly to the router.
