Cannot connect to a computer

I have a network of 4 computers, one of them being wired and the rest wireless. They connect through a linksys router, and are all part of a workgroup. I can't seem to access my laptop from the work group screen where it shows all of the computers. Heres what it says:

Your laptop has to give your other computers permission to use it. Right click on the folder or drive, select sharing and security, then add your other computer names as authorized users. It might be a little different since they are not on a domain, but this should help steer you in the right direction.
