Our server is a Dell Poweredge 6400 -Sonicwall Soho3 Firewall -BlackIce Software Firewall -WIndows 2000, V. 5.00.2195, Service Pack 2 (Long story but can't use 4 yet due to software conflict) We are doing a major software conversion and an external company wants to connect via PC Anywhere. There was no problem prior to our T1, but since that installation it fails and I cannot even telnet internally. All settings were changed in Black Ice and Sonicwall yet 5631 or 32 will not open. I have spoken with Sonicwall for hours and they say that it looks like when they do traces it shows the info going in as TCP and going out as UDP. They said this shows evidence that there is a problem with the server (since it has mulitple connection adapters serves @ssomewhat of a router) getting it's connections confused. I have checked all permissions on Black Ice and they look good, access by PC Anyhere has been given in Sonicwall and their tech support really have exhuasted everything on their end. I really don't know what to do at this point. Thank you for any help.

Try logmein.com or VNC instead of PC Anywhere. Or you can set up a test server without any firewalls.
