Try to ping 192.168.1.100.
If it doesn't work, check the firewall settings on all computers.

Check whether the ip addresses of all computers are in the same range (192.168.1.x).

I reinstalled once more then it was working.

After some time It again went out

There is no firewall or anything manually done.

It went all of a sudden

Now the entire network is blank.

Is there any virus which does this.

Sounds that the service "Networkconnection" is not startet.
Choose Start / Settings / Contro Panel / Manage / Services to check whether is runs or not.

Also check the Event Log fo figure out why this service has stopped.
