cannot access a specific web page!

im trying to open web site "moved.in" since a couple of weeks im not able to open it from any of the web browsers(google chrome, mozilla, internet explorer,opera..) but i can open the website from other place. i have two laptop connected with belkin wi-fi router. from both of the laps im not able to access the website. not only the "moved.in" but any other web page ending with moved.in (eg: nadyne.moved.in, masade.moved.in etc..) i have even tried pinging the websit from command prompt but i get request timed out. i have tried to access the website directly through its ip. still i cant access it. im getting the error message "The connection has timed out". i have contacted my i.s.p but they say everything is fine. can anybody pls help me solving this problem . thanks in advance.

Disable the firewalls for testing. Try static IPs. Ping the site by IP address, not by name. Try a wired connection instead of wireless. Only boot one laptop at a time and try it. If nothing works, run ipconfig /all and post the results.
